Sandy Crab is a family run toy store right near the beach at sunny Coolangatta. They stock everything you might need for the kids to take to the beach and play, but the store is not limited to beach toys.

They also stock a range of toys, including cute and cuddly Jellycat soft toys, suitable for all kids, including newborns. They have plenty of Connetix, those crazy tiles that keep kids of all ages occupied. You can find presents for your kids, whether they are newborns or tweens, or even those big kids in your life who would love something from the outdoor or games sections.

There is no need to tell the kids not to touch, as Sandy Crab is an interactive store and kids are encouraged to play with the toys.

Hurley Burley has been one of the best-loved toy stores on the Gold Coast for just over twenty years. They have recently moved into new premises and have a store full of stock ready for you to purchase in person or online.

This store is a treasure trove for kids of all ages with everything from baby toys to scooters. Hurley Burley is a family-owned store dedicated to providing good quality, fun and educational toys. They love it when you bring the whole family to visit so your kids can show you what they want!

Check out the challenging and classic looking wooden puzzles, family games, soft and cuddly Olliella Dozy Dinkum dolls. Or for a bit more adventure, grab some Impala skates. They come in a range of colours and cool designs. There is also a great Xmas toy range to get everyone into the spirit of the season.

The beautifully kitted out boutique store offers a range of baby toys and gifts for mums. Julie and her daughter Sarah founded the store in 2011, hoping to provide items to parents who value sustainability.

Madison Jane has not let its clientele down, with a carefully curated assortment of clothing and gifts. These are sourced from ethical and sustainable producers and the clothing is handcrafted with love and is organic. All toys and gifts are eco friendly.

If it is toys you need, then there is a great range in-store or online. One of the cutest collections to bring a smile to any child’s face come Christmas day is the Australian designed Anamalz wooden toy range.

Madison Jane also stocks the popular Jellycat and Connetix ranges, sure to keep tiny hands occupied. This specialty store is conveniently located at Australia Fair and has been delighting games fans for over 30 years. Whether it’s a classic game or the newest sensation, Mind Games are sure to have it.

There are chess sets that are stunning works of art, alongside smaller sets perfect for travel. If you or your kids have never played, why not start?

Card games have come a long way since Go Fish and Poker, but you can still find the classics here as well as many new games.

There are also jigsaws for all ages and levels of enthusiasm. Grab a 35 piece jigsaw for the little ones or they have puzzles with up to 18000 pieces for the puzzle crazy adult in your life.

Ironically, one of the best sellers at Mind Games is Pandemic. The aim is for players to work together to save the world. It is suitable for ages ten and up.
