Looking for some festive holiday fun?

These local craft workshops provide opportunities for the whole family to learn new skills and lovingly create Christmas decorations and presents.

Resin art Christmas workshop

Learn the fundamental skills and techniques of resin art to create a 30cm or 40cm-round wall art piece or lazy susan.

Where: Rachel Wright Art, Labrador.

When:  18 December from 9am–11am or 19 December from 3pm–5pm.

This fun and free Christmas craft workshop allows crafters to create something they can wear plus a present for someone else. Kids under 16 must be supervised.

Where: Entrance Terrace at HOTA, Bundall.

Glaze a ceramic Christmas tree tealight holder

Learn the steps of working with ceramics and some basic glazing skills, as you sand and paint a stunning Christmas tree tealight holder.

Kids clay Santa plate workshop

In this fun school holiday workshop, kids can learn how to hand-build with clay to make and paint their very own Santa plate.
