a scenic shot of Burleigh heads with the ocean and the land

A shimmering metropolis on the east coast of Australia, the Gold Coast is positioned just south of Brisbane and a short road-trip north from Byron Bay.

The Gold Coast is home to a constellation of villages sprinkled along the city’s iconic urban spine. From the booming northern suburbs of Yatala and Coomera to the coastal-cool neighbourhoods of Burleigh Heads and Palm Beach and the lush hinterland communities of Mudgeeraba and Springbrook – our home is both diverse and abundant.

New world in the north

Northern areas of the Gold Coast, spanning Coomera, Pimpama, Ormeau and Yatala, have experienced unpreceded growth in recent years. Driven by a population surge and sprawling new housing estates, the north is also home to our famous theme parks, a $470 million Westfield Coomera shopping and lifestyle centre, a thriving Marine Precinct and the city’s largest industrial zone, the Yatala Enterprise Area.

Broadwater living

Our sparkling Broadwater is defined by the stretch of inland canals, creeks and rivers from Coomera Waters to Main Beach. More than 90 percent of all residential canals in Australia are located on the Gold Coast making our waterfront homes some of the most sought-after in the country. The pristine calm-waters of the Broadwater are very popular with young families, allowing safe and easy access to swimming enclosures and parklands. There are numerous Marinas and Yacht Clubs available to boaties, while eager fishermen seek out secluded spots to throw in a line.
